This Privacy Policy explains how faqlogic collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, API routes, and embeddable FAQ snippet.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you provide when you create an account, sign in, request support, connect a website, or manage FAQ content.

This may include your name, email address, login details, website domain, FAQ questions and answers, account settings, and messages you send to us.

3. Website and FAQ data

When you ask faqlogic to scan a website, we process the submitted URL and related page content so we can detect, improve, and organize FAQ material.

When you publish an FAQ with faqlogic, we store the approved questions and answers needed to render the embedded FAQ on your site.

4. FAQ click analytics

faqlogic is designed to use minimal FAQ analytics. When a visitor opens a question in an embedded FAQ, we record the question, property, and time of the open so the most-used questions can be ranked higher.

The FAQ click workflow is intended to measure question demand, not to build visitor profiles. FAQ click events do not store visitor IDs, FAQ cookies, or cross-site FAQ profiles.

5. Product validation analytics

When a logged-in user clicks the dashboard upgrade button, we may record the user account, button source, page path, and time of the click to validate upgrade interest and improve the service.

This dashboard upgrade-click tracking does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, browser fingerprinting, or visitor cookies.

6. AI processing

faqlogic may process FAQ content with AI providers to suggest clearer questions, answers, or missing topics.

You should not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential customer records, or information you are not allowed to process through the service.

7. How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, scan and manage FAQ content, render embedded FAQs, measure FAQ clicks, validate upgrade interest, improve product quality, prevent abuse, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

8. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, security, and payment handling.

These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to faqlogic.

9. Data retention

We keep account and FAQ data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

You can request deletion or assistance with account data by contacting us.

10. Your choices

You may update account details, remove FAQ content, uninstall the embedded snippet from your website, or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.

Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or legitimate business reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use strong credentials and protect access to your account.
